Train: The Toll-Free Alternative

If you are travelling without a car, the train is an excellent option. The Øresund Line connects Copenhagen Central Station to Malmö Central Station in approximately 35 minutes. Train tickets are purchased separately through DSB (Denmark) or Skånetrafiken (Sweden) and are not subject to the road toll.

Journey time: ~35 minutes city centre to city centre
Frequency: Every 20 minutes during the day
Approximate fare: 80–130 DKK per person
